Penzey's quickly got back to him and even called him to express that their main concern was a competitor taking photos. <br/><br/>They also were kind enough to send them a free sample of their spices.<br/><br/>Still to me seems and odd policy, but they at least contacted and spoke directly to the person so I give them a thumbs up for that.
